Well guys the R is gone. I flipped it on the interstate last night. A 18-wheeler merged over when I was merging and I had to cut to the far right lane to avoid rear ending him. When I countersteered I let off the throttle and the rear stepped out on me. I tried to cut it back but to no avail. The car understeered and I hit the front trailer rim and the car spun the opposite way and then started flipping. We flipped once, slid on the roof for a second and then flipped a second time and landed on the wheels.

Well the police and parametics got there and I told them I was fine. The truck driver talked with the police and then I did. The cop determined that I was following too closely and the truck couldnt see me when he merged. I didnt feel like even attempting to argue so I just agreed and signed the ticket for following too closely. The only damage to the truck was a scuffed up rim.

Safe to say...i wigged out...hard. Me and my friend walked out of it only with a sore back and some seat belt marks. Thank you god for the beautiful thursday...because I didnt think I was going to see it.

Damn, i know what you felt like. **** is a **** i tell ya. Youll be like this for a next week, but as many others have said we are all glad you are fine. Cars can always be replaced, but people cant.

Now you can buy that car back and make a real car, a hatchback!

Regardless of who's fault or right or wrong and whatnot right now, at least you're alright.

My theory after my R was totalled was that the car actually saved my life and I'd be damned if I wouldn't buy another. Needless to say not a day after my accident I ordered a new one.

Glad you're Ok, and make sure to at least go to the doctor to get checked out. May sound silly but it's always better to be safe.

A car can always be replaced, they're hunks of metal, rubber and plastic. People are not as easily replaced.
