i was wonderign if the ecu swap works good or will it make my car lag or soemthin let me know me thanx

as long as you get a D16A1 to go with a PG7 ecu...people give those engines away..and they are a bolt in for the 1g CRX

All I can say is that I see these ECUs all the time at Pick-And-Pull. Unlike the 1988-1989 ECUs, nobody wants these. And at ~$20, they are quite cheap. Now I don't know if they work well in your application. But they will give you more fuel and RPMs. So a 1986-1987 ECU MIGHT give you more power. And at that price, you can certainly take a chance.
