Included in the box is the sub itself, 2 jumper cables to setup the voice coil, a jl audio sticker, a jl audio owners manual, and a copy of the original reciept from where I purchased the sub last month. It still has its full warrenty since it was purched from a jl audio authorized store. It also has a Myer-Emco Warrenty for 1 year that will enable you to upgrade to a better sub in 1 years time will the full purchase price going towards the new one. I paied 349.99$ + Tax...
