Default spun cam bearing head questions

i spun a cam bearing on my b18c1 and now need a new head. if i get a b18c5 head my friend also has a set of b16 cams and intake manifold would this be a good set up for boost?

There are no "cam bearings" in a B-series head. But to answer your question, you shouldn't have any problems running boost with a C5 head and B16 cams. Keep in mind that there are many other factors and components that will influence how well a setup works with F/I. Also note that if the C5 head doesn't have an intake manifold, your old C1 manifold isn't going to bolt up to it without modification.

a b16 intake manifold fits correct? what cams are better b16 or gsr
