blown gsr block.....got a good ls block where to start at?

Default blown gsr block.....got a good ls block where to start at?

blown gsr block got a ls block where to start at?


i got gsr bottem end (crank,rods,the main caps water pump the works just the blocks is messed up!!


i got a very good ls bottem end

i can also get type r pistons an rods where to start fellas????

CTR Pistons! CTR's will yeild you higher compression than ITR's and make sure to use ARP rod bolts and replace all the bearings!

Also what head will you be using, I assume GSR, right!

using the GS-R crank in the LS block is not going to yeild you the benefits of an LS vtec but you're going to have to run the external oil line for vtec and you're not going to have oil squirters (which won't be necessary IF you get forged pistons) or a girdle

CTR is said to have to much compression for street car. I honestly believe it said that many builders/machinists here in Florida and California say so. You want reliability/perfect standpoint for street compression, people love p30 slugs
