I have been looking for a long time and still have not found anybody else. I think most people who get their head done, have them shipped to the US like Portflow, DPR, etc....

i personally like JG and portflow. we have a pretty decent relationship with JG.
JG has port and polish several heads for us in the past and we had use them on our customers cars and our own cars also. we haven't had any complains from the customers. So we're pretty happy with the way JG is been treating us.

Our American friend is either under the impression that we're offended by this or that girls here don't swallow. In both cases, it's definitely safe to say that he's wrong

I know, I just wanted to see if there was someone else who was just as good, but a little bit cheaper. It is $1200 CAD for a full port and polish from L&B

Mild P&P is $600. Full Performance P&P is $1000.
This is how much I was quoted 4 months ago.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cylinder Heads

When Leitner & Bush receives a cylinder head for a valve job it undergoes the following reconditioning steps:

- disassembly
- hot tanking
- glass beading of exterior in order to remove stains and old unwanted paint (if desired).
- glass beading of combustion chambers and ports.
- glass beading valves
- inspection of valves and guides
- facing of valve face and stems
- valve seats cut to 3 angles on our Serdi ERR100
- each seat is vacuum tested to ensure sealing
- installation of valves and springs

* 5 angle valve seat cutting is also available
* Valves can be back-cut
* Pressure testing services also available
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Port and Polishing

Port and polishing at Leitner & Bush has been developed on our Superflow 110 flow bench. Heads are ported to our or customer specifications. Leitner & Bush offers both mild port service ( a clean-up of the ports) and full performance (a more aggressive port service). Pricing includes a 3 angle valve job (see Valve Jobs) and resurfacing.

900 dollars for a complete port and polish, valve job, and after market valve train is pretty good. well thats how much it used to be about a year or two ago. lots of companys has been rising up prices on head works. so if you know you can get a good deal on a good head, better take some actions before the prices go up
