oil leaks on my 92 accord
ok...i have a 92 accord DX that leaks oil and i cant find the leaks...leak #1 from under the car looks like its coming from the oil sending unit...i replaced it as well as the valve cover gasket, oil filter and oil pan gasket...didn't know if anyone might have any ideas about that one.
leak #2 is leaking into the spark plug tubes which in turn is destroying my wires...everytime i pull a wire its got like an inch and a half of oil on it....i have replaced the grommets on there 3 different times and i am loosing my mind trying to figure this out...i can't find any TSB's anywhere...so if anyone can help that would be great. thanks

#2: Some engines (don't know about '92??) have another seal in the spark plug tube. The camshaft bearing caps form the top of the tubes, & there's an o-ring where they mate with the head. It's an inch or so below the grommets you replaced on the valve cover.
crank shaft seal might be the problem.. i had the same problem....
i changed the main seal...
While your there you could change the timing belt and water pump...

Like he said. This seal is used to keep oil out of the plugs.
