Default Lowering Springs.... whats best?!?!

i'm putting together a semi race CRX.... i'm talking trips to the track, but i'm not trailering it.... i still want to have a decent ride too.... i am looking into getting a good set of lowering springs. i already have a set of KYB GR-2 shocks, but i don't knoiw what would give me the best run for my money. i have several friends that have Tein, but just as many that have H&R.. what do you have?

If you are looking for a performance spring you shouldn't even consider the tein s-techs. The S in s-tech is for style. So they are primarily a comfort/for looks spring.

I have them on my car and they do ride nice but if I take a sharp turn and brake deep into it the front tires will rub. The teins also have pretty low spring rates.

I was able to get mine for about $150 locally so if you still choose the teins shop around for that price.
