Default Removing heater/ac blower motor

What is the easiest way to remove the blower motor? The entire blower assembly is fine but the motor is going out, and I know I can drop just the motor out, but I need to get the assembly at the right angle. Anyone know? The dash (with the glovebox and other various pieces removed) still gets in the way big time. I will not do major construction or remove the dash. If that is what must be done, the Honda dealer will have some work. Otherwise, I need the trick that maybe I'm not seeing.

No easy way.
The easy way is to remove everything in front of it. I gotta get mine out too, I'm just too lazy to do it. It's not difficult, just will take a long time.
