Not from Honda. Some dealerships offered aftermarket leather upholstery as a dealer-installed accessory.
The Acura 1.6EL in Canada had factory leather upholstery though . . .

I've never seen wheels on a 99-00 Si, other than the traditional 15 inch traditional Si wheels (excluding after-market rims of course). If you can find pics of optional 99-00 Si wheels, please post pics.

I wouldn't really call it major modification......just swap the pans and put something in the bottom of the seat like a towel to get it to sit flush...
It's about a 90 minute job and anyone with a pulse should be able to handle it.

Soccerking is the only guy I know that has these on a 5th gen and I've had mine for 4 years.

I would recommend just getting Katskin covers which are highquality and you can get heated seat adapters

Yeah, I have leather Si seats in my car too, I just always wondered if that was OEM option, or aftermarket. I guess now I know.
