Those 1130 kits are fairly new, chances are no one has tried to get one yet for these cars. Especially since there is already a Koni Sport (8040) shock application already for the 88-91's and most people can get a custom GC/Koni setup for their specific needs. Which basically does the same thing, save the pretty blue springs. I think those ~80 applications they claim to have are designed for newer/recent vehicles.
Your best best is to ask Koni themselves or a dealer. Try emailing one familiar with Hondas too, like King Motorsports (their on-line listing only shows 6 Honda/Acura listings total, non-CRX) or Ground Control.
There is also a user on H-T, CRXLee who works for Koni and races CRX's, he'd definitely know. He probably won't be able to reply to an IM for a week or so however, he's supporting the SCCA Solo2 Nationals next week.
