Will Mugen M5 wheels fit on the 5th Gen?

Will Mugen M5 wheels fit on the 5th Gen?
I'm in the market for some new wheels, and while browsing King Motor Sports I came accross the Mugen M5's in the Accord section.

They're listed as being size 17X7, +48 offset, in a 5/114.3 pattern. These are the same specs as the MF10 mirror finish wheels, another set I'm considering. However, they differ from some of the other Prelude wheels.

What I'd like to know is, would the M5's fit on a 5th Gen Prelude? If they don't, could someone please explain why? Thanks for any help.
