Default project 88

ok I just bought a pair of 88 accords with the 5 speed and a20a engines only problem is the mileage the both have 200k+ miles but run strong the question is this what is the best way to start a rebuild on these engines this is the first time ever working on hondas I'm usaly done gm and mopar work( and if you havent guessed it I'm very new)

Best thing to do is buy a manual and follow the overhaul section
