A friend of mine is gonna help me custom make a front and rear diffuser for my Integra (DC2). If anyone else is interested in this for their cars, please let me know via email, or personal message. We are gonna take some templates within the next week, so I will keep people posted on the progress of the first one being made.

I don't understand what are you trying to say. We are gonna make a diffuser that goes underneath the rear and the front of the car that will probably be made to fit all stock bumpers. Bascially it is for blocking off air that gets caught underneath your car. It improves aerodynamics in theory. I say theory because neither my friend nor myself have time, or money especially to properly wind tunnel test it. These are gonna go off of mathematical estimates.

He's asking, because there are two types of diffusers. Types that you are probably trying to describe where it goes under the car by the tank area and channel the area for less drag.
Then there is another where there are holes in the bumper.
Holes in bumper:

And these types under S2000's:

I am speaking about the ones on the S2000 and the pic below. Not those hole cutouts.

as long as you made them cover up the rear bumper areas like a splash shield, i would definitely be interested, i've always hated how the rear bumper looks like **** if you take the mudflaps off, looks hollow.
p.s you need to make them for 94-97's and 98+ i know the bumpers are different in the front from underneith, im not sure about the back

Well my car is a 96 GSR, so it will be first made for the 96, and I have a friend with a 00 GSR as well. So we should have them both made for the stock bumpers. I am not sure on the carbon-fiber yet, I know we will start with whatever is cheaper, plastic or fiberglass and then get the mold made. Then we can go with the carbon weave after it. Is anyone else interested in a front one that will go underneath the front?? I will copy all your names to a piece of paper, and send each one of you personal message updates on how it is coming along. Is that good for everybody.

is abs plastic even that heat resistant? i would think that it would warp if not melt from the exhaust. now CF like in the pics is a good choice even if it is bling blingy
Will you be able to make some for Civics? Maybe you can use a friend's Civic to make templates. I'd be interested in one for a 1993 Honda Civic Coupe.

This is a rather overwhelming response for this stuff, so we are gonna get some mroe people involved so we can get mine made fast and them hopefully if all of you guys like it, we can make them fast without there being a long wait. As for the Civic coupe, what year is yours?? After the DC platform is done, we are gonna hit up the DA chassis, we will move on to other cars we are just gonna need people as volunteers for it that's all. We will make it for any car, we just need to make a template first then we can make them. I have all your names on a piece of paper, and I will send each one of you guys a personal message or email on the progress we make. So expect to hear from me in a few days.
Thanks for all the responses, and let me know if there is anything else you guys might have an idea for.
