Default Nos Install price and my purchased parts

I recently picked up a used NOS system from a friend for $80. He said the system is a "sneaky pete", but the 10oz bottle was replaced with a 15Lb bottle <~~not so sneaky. It included the solenoid, jet, wires, brackets, and steel braided line. It is suppose to give me a dry 35 shot

I Know the shot is WEAK, but I want to test it out before I add more juice!~!

Is there anything else I need for the install. How much $?

Did I get robbed or was I the thief?

I know I need colder sparks, compression test. and leak test

I plan on a fuel pressure regulator, purge system, and a bigger jet.

Lastly, what exactly is a fail-safe?

98 teg ls 45k miles I only have I/H/E.

please forgive me if I have been misdirected

with that low of shot no u won't need new plugs or a fpr. your 98 ls should be able to eat that nitrous all day long with no problem. i plan on running the 75-200 wet on my gsr.
