Hi all,

at first, I really did a search about duckbill wings and found tons of threads regarding this matter but only for carbon fiber wings.
I am in a market for a "spoon style" duckbill wing but want to get one made out of urethane or fibreglass to match the car paint.
Does any one know, where I can get some ?
I only know that jdmshit is producing some non cf but are there any other shops ?

why not paint the carbon fiber.

the cf duckbills are pretty cheap, I got mine for $185 shipped.

Fitment and Quality is the top priority.

Painting a carbon fiber one would be too expensive (some decent quality) and is in my opinion kinda...eh...let's say unusual because in most cases you want to show what you got. Furthermore I can imagine another issue is, that painting CF is kinda difficult though I am not an expert.
In my opinion CF products are not meant to be painted.

FYI, the carbon fiber duckbill and the fiberglass duckbill are the EXACT same size, shape, and fitment. I have pics of the CF duckbill on the car and it's no different in fitment than the fiberglass wing. Don't spend $100 more on a CF wing when you can pick up a fiberglass wing for $100 or less.

jdm ****'s wings are crap, they don't fit at all. I had a type r wing cf, the thing was like a half an inch off on the one side. Jdmshit.com -&gt; Bad

 

maybe you had a bad one??? all the stuff i have gotten from them has been A+ and havent had any problems
