Default Whining Noise?

Last week I noticed that my car would make a very slight whining noise while I drive. I totally forgot about it, when I was driving home from school I just remembered. I'm not sure if it was like this since I bought the car since you can barely hear it unlesss you really listen to it. Btw, it's a 96 GSR with CAI and exhaust. Any ideas?

Btw, my tires are basically shot, they have bubbles in stuff in them. Could that possibly be it?

could be the brakes, rotors, tires gone bad?, or it could even be your stereo! balancing would solve the tires if they are still good, other wise buy some new ones I dunno just gotta start somewhere

I can help....

Do pitch and/or volume of the sound alter with car parked and applying the accelerator?

Do pitch and/or volume of the sound alter while driving?

Under acceleration?

Under deceleration? If so with or with out brakes applied?

Around corners?

Those are some starter questions.

That's what I was thinking. Also right now I'm driving with the spare tire cuz my old tire went flat. 97TegraLS I'll get back to you with those questions.
