I was wondering if anyone on this forum has done this upgrade. I tried to install it myself but noticed that it is not working. I followed the instructions to the tee (at least I think that I did), and it is not working. First off, I have a non VTEC engine with an external coil. I followed the wiring diagram to the tee and noticed that I am not getting any current to the rotor. My car just won't turn over, even thou it sounds like it wants to a few times. I connected the old coil so that I can use my car for the time being, and I noticed that the tach gauge in my car is not working. Please, any ideas or suggestions to help me with my problems.

 

check your connection with your battery.. no, im not being sarcastic, i had the same problem.. i felt like a total dumbass..
