question about my V.C. Gasket... needs answering
I open my hood and do my usual inspection and sure enough i come to discover that my valve cover gasket is sweating
. has this happened to any one? can anyone tell me if this is serious or not? perhaps maybe i just need a new valve cover gasket cause the one i have is old? all comments are welcomed of course...

The valve cover allows access to the components of your cylinder head (valves, valve adjusters, cams, etc.). The gasket makes the seal between the valve cover and the cylinder head. On the Integra engines the valve cover gasket is a rubber ring that gets inserted into a channel on the valve cover where it meets the cylinder head. They are less than $10, and easy to change. Just get a 10mm socket on a 2" extension on a ratchet, and you’re done.
It may be that the bold backed out and loosened up. Try tightening them first, and degreasing the engine, and monitoring the seeping of oil. If it persists, just replace it.
