Tranmission is different. I believe the suspension including the swaybars are the same.

swaybars are different. LS sway bars are thinner than GSR sway bars.

Everything is the same other than the swaybars, on the earlier G3's. Later G3's had the same front swaybar across the board, including ITR's. I'm not sure if the later years had different rear swaybars or not between GS-R and non-VTEC models.

i believe in 96 is when the front sway bar went from 22mm to 24mm,and 97 is when the rear went from 13mm to 14mm,cause i just changed the bracket bushings for my swaybars, and the front was 24mm after i ordered the 22mm bushing went to install it and realized it was 24mm,used the 22mm bushing anyway..but the rear in fact was 13mm..

is there a negative effect in using the 22mm swaybar bracket bushing on a 24mm swarbar?
