Are all the years of the steering rack the same? as in 88-91 hatchback/crx/trim level. did they use the same steering rack in all there models unless it was powered? thanks, i need a steering rack, and i can pick it up from somebody who has a CX. TIA.

 

i know the crx hf was different than the Si/DX, not sure on the civics though, i assume the Si/DX are the same as the crx, but not sure of the CX/STD...

they will all bolt in, its just that the hf is a quicker rack than the si/dx...

high speeds it's not the best.

 

thats true, but i really have no choice as well. i'm really in need of a rack and this rack i'm getting is really reasonably cheap, and is my only other alternative at the moment.
