can i get some opions, iv made a post like this before and i didnt get any people that were interested, like am i nuts and am asking for something stupid and crazy or does nobody want a aem cold and a carbon fiber hood?

 

As far as the hood is concerned, you didn't even state what brand it was. Furthermore, the fact that it needs to be "sanded and re-cleared" is probably keeping people away. I know I wouldn't consider it.

I dunno, just doesn't sound like an even trade to me *shrug*

 

im not sure of the brand, and how much are oem hoods worth, so you think if i had it recleared it whould help it along better, and someone whould do it, i just my car back to stock so i can trade it in, im getting an S2000

Cause every one thinks it will vacuum water up...

Almost 4 years with mine and not one problem, and only needed to clean it once at 50k miles

 

How did you get your AEM intake to be black? I tried to buy a black one but they don't sell them. Any pix of yours?

 

i had a friend paint it, it looks pretty good, has the aem sticker and everything, also ill try to get some picsup for you

update, only thing left are the hood and the f.p.r., the hood will be recleared by next week, will look good as new, the f.p.r. is new, never used
