Default 96+ Accord Engine Swap

Alright guys I was down at the local Honda/Acura salvage yard today... since the guy who works there was working on his crx and we got to talking... he told me about throwing a 96+ Accord engine in my car, he told me he would help me with the wiring but it wouldn't be that hard... same hp as the gsr with 20 more lbs of torque and vtec... the only thing i was concerned with was the SOHC part of the deal and that sounds well and good and the price compared to the gsr swap is wonderful... any unseen problems?

accords only came in 130 and 150 hp packages in 4 cylinder, and the latest model 160hp...I doubt it the newer one tho. GSRs had 170 hp. And if u r throwing that big of an engine in...might as well go for a H22A

the power differences between a SOHC and a DOHC are : a SOHC will provide more torque due to less engine rotation, while a DOHC will provide more HP due to having more intake and exhaust valves. if i am wrong or didnt totaly elaborate someone please let me know and correct me. but thats what i understand.
