these are pics of my car outside the body shop where my car is. i am fixing the damage of an elk about two months ago and am pleased with the results. these pics where taken today at 7:30 PM.

 

smart man...im going to do the same thing as a paint job for temparory...

finally someone did the two-tone the correct way...

 

thanks, i wanted to do a two tone but didnt really know how i was going to do it. i am pleased with the results. there will be a black strip in the middle of the moldings when it is all said and done.

 

well see most people just paint the hood and the roof, and forget about the body lines and then it looks ugly...you did it the way im going to do it on my crx and paint the fender line, door and go to the rear, as well as the pilars like it should be...i think your car looks great and the colors you picked out look perfect...

what black did you use?

yes and no, at this time, my hood and roof are severly faded, and instead of trying to match the entire car to one color, im just going to paint those parts black for the time being...when i get enough money to finish up the bodywork and do what i want, it will be resprayed back to factory BG-28P...

I'm usually not a fan of the two tone paint job, but your is rather clean looking. on a good looking hatch.

 

Wasnt your hatch gunmetal or something and you hit that deer or elk and it exploded in green stomach acid? Or am I mistaken? Nice hatch either way, yeah you did the two tone correctly gw. - Darrell
