1994-2001 Integra and 1996-2000 Civic Suspension
Are the shocks and springs interchangeable between the '94-'01 Integra and '96-'00 Civc? I was under the impression that they were, but I wanted to double check. Thanks for any info given.

Yes it is but the comp rate on the teg is a lil more stiffer then the civics. But tell me y u goin to do tis? and think about gettin some different dampers while yur at it. they fit, but the front damper might be a lil diffrernt , bc of the brake clamps, but u dont really need it. Again tell me y u goin to do tis?
I want to do this because Koni makes a Red Shock Sport Kit that is only listed for the 1996-2000 Civic and I want to put in on my '98 Integra. I don't think I need the Koni Yellow Sport Kit for what my needs are. Thank you for the info.

damn you didnt pass elementary english.

im not positive but i think on the front you will need the fork that holds the bottom of the sturt from a 96-00 civic, and on the rear you need the lca' from a 96-00 civic, i do not know why honda did that but they are gay, eg and dc is completely interchangable

NO I DID NOT< BUT ANYWAYS WHO THESE DAYS TYPE ENGLISH ALL CORRECT AND **** OOOOHHH IM SORRY STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My friend had a dc2 got a set of koni shocks and springs cheap for a civic 96-up
FRONT: worked fine and fit fine....but the ride was kind of soft... different spring rate requirement between the cars... but it's still better than cut stocks like some yoyos are doing
REAR: Fit but the guy who installed had to "tweak" the fork... but i'm not sure exactly how it got tweaked... all i know is that it was doable...the ride in the rear was fine
Although you CAN make them fit...it's probably better that you get the fitment that's meant for your car
BTW: my ride quality descriptions were based on civic springs...dont know at all what it would be like with civic shocks and teg springs...
hope this helps!

yea you can make the rear shocks from a 96-00 civic fit on a 94-01 integra if you shave the bushings on the rear fork. i dont know how much exactly to shave off, but i would say enough so that the shock could fit over.
I have full 96-00 civic suspension on my 97 integra. I have 96-00 civic Bilstien HD struts front and back and H&R sport springs all around. i got them cuz they were cheap. i paid $200 for all 4 struts brand new! the fronts will fit fine. no need for a new fork, it will bolt right up to the integra fork. In the rear, u will need to modify the shock or the rear lower control arm (LCA). the rear shocks for the civic are narrower than those made for the integra. i just used a pry bar to bend the end's of the shocks so that they will fit on my tegs LCA. on the shocks for the rear, they come with a nut welded onto it. u will need to cut that nut out and enlarge the holes on both sides of the bottom of the shock. u need to do this becasue once u bend the bottom of the shock with the pry bar, the holes and the nut wont really line up perfectly, so it will be hard to put the bolt on.
when u cut the nut off the shock and enlarge the holes on both sides, u will need to get a bolt and a nut to screw the shock onto the LCA.
another method is to shave off a little of the metal bushing on the LCA. i dont like this method because u can create alot of heat while doing this, which might melt the rubber bushing. this might be an easier solution, but watch out for the heat
