Default k20a baffled oil pan

What are you guys running on the k20a as far as a baffled oil pan? Is the Mugen pan as good as it gets or are there other options?

I'm not sure about the Mugen oil pan - it has a little box in the corner near the timing chain, and the oil pickup is not baffled. Prototype Racing will baffle your K20A oil pan for about $250 (don't quote me on the price). You need to send your oil pan to Prototype and it comes back much cleaner with a square box which almost completely captures the oil pickup, with 4 trap doors. Varo, Andy, Special Projects and myself all have used the Prototype oil pan without any problems. Without an oil pan the K20A will run dry on turn 9 at Willow.

Great, thanks Derek. I'll just go with the prototype unit seeing as how it's track tested. Thanks to both of you.
