ls vtec question help

i currently have a b16a1 with cable trans.. i want to do a ls vtec but will the cable trans work with that block?

Your b-series cable trans will mate up perfect to any b-series block whether its an ls non vtec,or vtec, So yes your cable trans will fit to the ls block if thats what your wanting to do!
