I have a 94 ex vtec, and i have been haveing problems starting my car. the battery always seemed to be dead. So i looked into and thought it was the alternator. i replaced that with a used one, but that really didn't slove the problem(it help but didn't fix it). now i could go a few days with out my car needing a jump and having to recharge my battery. so then i decided to buy a brand new battery. and still i have the starting prob. but this is the weird thing, all the lights and gauges on the insde of my car will go out if use the headlights. sometimes during the day useing the truning signle at a stop sign the tack will just bounce up and down with the turn single. once in my drive i was looking at things after i jump the car and i pressed the brake in to see if all the lights were working and my car died.

i can't figure this one out, i replaced the altnator and the battery im pretty sure the altenator is good but maybe not. is there anything that anyone can think of that could be going wrong with my car?

i heard from someone that if the mecury light switch goes bad that it could be what is makeing my elctrical act up. is this ture?

it might be somehting with your fuses
my freind had a similar problem and we replaced some fuses and that solved the problem

hey man check to make sure all your connections are good and clean on the batttery and alt. and make sure the battery has a good charge

 

check all your fuses. maybe your main relay is going out

 

weak ground perhaps?

 

electrical...something...has to be.
