Default Spring type for 96 integra gsr?

My integra has kyb agx sshocks and I would like to know what you all think i should put on there for sprigns for use on road racing/street. Maybe even for track only and i would swap them later when off teh track. Again it is a 96 integra gsr. thanks

if you've never done a HPDE, leave it stock.

I use IBTL springs

http://www.IBTL.com usually has good recommendations on which ones to use for your car, and then you just order it from a distributor.
