clutch brake-in????
installing new clutch/flywheel combo, is there anything i should or shouldn't do while it's new???? toda flywheel and stock r clutch (covered under warranty)
Be gentle on the clutch for the first few hundred miles.
I would strongly recommend doing the JDM final drive and a beefier clutch while you have your transmission apart.

Don't dump the clutch or shift it hard for the first 500 miles of around town driving or so. Also, if you gently use the engine as a brake when stopping this will help to accelerate the break in period, but I do recommend 500 miles just to be safe. What you are trying to do is make sure the clutch disk and flywheel and pressure plate to all wear down evenly and smoothly together. You don't want to dump it or shift hard because this will take more material off certain parts of the disk, causing to never get as good of a contact and when it does, it will be much more off-balance than a properly broken in clutch. HTH.
