Default clutch/tranny problem HELP PLS

the problem.............

if the car is runing i cant put in gear,
if i shut it off then put in gear, with my foot on the clutch i try to start and the car jumps, as if the clutch is not disenguaging.

when the car is on jackstands it goes in and out of gear fine as soon as there is weight (from the car) on the wheels the problem starts.

solution i have tried..........
new clutch and pressure plate
new slave cylinder
new master cylinder
and bleed the hell out of the system

COULD THIS MEABN I NEED A NEW TRANNY

Sounds like the shift fork to me, was the clutch installed properly...i don't know why I ask, maybe there was a mistake or something.

I'd take a look at all the shifting components including clutch before buying a new tranny. Oh yea, I really hope you replaced the Throwout Bearing with a new one, if you didn't...there's your problem.
