Default B17 To B16 Swap (What ECU?)

ok i have a 92 integra GSR (B17A1 0BD1) anyways lets just say that the tranny is dead and i just decided to buy an entire 2nd Gen B16A with an LSD Cable Transmission, anyways i didn't not get the ECU because i was told that my GSR one will run it.

so my question is will the B17 ECU run the B16 like the stock B16 one will?
and if not then i have been seeing lots of ecu forsale on ebay with chips in them, are they just using Uberdata for them or what? i need help on this really fast because the motor is going to be here tomorrow and in the car the day after. (need to put on my new timing belt, water pump, and take off my skunk2 camgears, and Exedy clutch.

any help is great

Thanks

you dont need an ecu change when you change your tranny.

yes a b17 ecu is a p61 all im saying is that a b16 computer can run a b18c with no problems but the fuel and ign maps are off a little
