Default How to tell if running rich or lean by looking at spark plugs?

How can you tell my looking at the plugs? Is it black=lean and beige=rich? I forgot, TIA.

Generally:
Black= rich, white or very light=lean (aka hot), toasty brown is often good. There are other colors that mean burning oil, coolant and the like but I forgot what they are specifically.
