new headlights
If they are illegal it should say on the packaging "off road use only." I've never used those but I have the sylvania silverstars and love them. Twice as bright as stock. They are kind of expensive though, $20 a bulb for 6th gen civic.
im pretty sure the package is all in japanese sooo i dunno if i can read it...i got them off ebay for 8 bucks that includes shipping...i heard they might melt my headlight cap or fry my wires...soo i dunno what to do i dont really have a car person to ask about it, only car guy i know only knows porshes
does anyone know if they will fry my wires orr melt my headlight cap

If the wattage that those run at is higher than your stock then it can melt your harness or wires.
I run GE9003SB bulbs after having my stockers go out and some free PIAA plasmas that I used. I love them and for 15 bucks a package I couldn't care less when they go. I've had this set for over a year and they're a bright white light.
