Default breaking the axle nut with tranny in P.

I read somewhere that breaking the axle nut with tranny in P can damage the tranny due to high amount of torque being applied to the nut. Is this true?

Sounds like BS to me. That bolt is torqued to 134 ft.lbs. You're doing good if your car even has that much torque lol. That's BS.
