Hey... my sol seats have decent fabric, but I would like to reskin them with something newer and different in color.... I've passed by upholstery shops and they say they can do the sol seats no problem... but I haven't seen other bucket seats with the fabric laid on the same way my sol's are... The sol seats seem to have a cover that can be removed if you try (real) hard as opposed to other bucket types that can be recovered in sections.

So is there a trick to re covering the sols ? Or is it just like any other bucket ? I don't wanna leave my seats and get them back with wrinkles and pleats... the stock upholstery is pulled on perfectly.

 

sol seats are covered a little diffrently, they have less sections in the fabric. if you go to any decent shop they should no no problem recovering them, it's the same idea / diffaculty ( i use to work in a shop doing seat ect... )

 

What about the center stripe ? I would like to keep it... no problem there ?
