Default What does the immobilizer look like on a P72?

My buddy has a P72-C05 ECU

I assume its an OBD2 ECU because of the 05 making it 1999

We compared it to his P2P ECU and they look identical except for an add on board near the end of the PCB, which huses a H.I.C ship and various other components, this board stands vertical to the original PCB

is that HIC the immobilizer?
