Default ecu help

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si that I want to convert from OBDII - OBDI.

The motor is a b16a2.

Should I go with the Skunk2 ECU conversion or are they better ones out there?

Also, does anyone have any links to cheap places for these?

thanks. i really appreciate it.
