SRS and BREAK light
I drive a 2001 Honda Accord. Awhile ago, my SRS light began to appear and now it wont' turn off! Does anyone know what that means? I called Honda and they said that they will have to do a diagnostic on my car and that'll cost me $100+ and I asked if my warrenty covers it, they said they won't know till after. So I will have to pay and if my warrenty doesn't cover it then I'll have to pay for it.
Also my break light turns on while I drive sometimes and while I step on the breaks. It turns on randomly. I checked my break fluid and I'm not low!
Someone help me and tell me what's going on with my car!

It's probably the OPDS. It's a common problem on that year of Accord. Technically, the unit is only covered for 3 years/36K miles, but this is what Honda tells the techs:
Out of warranty: Any repair performed after warranty
expiration may be eligible for goodwill consideration by
the District Parts and Service Manager or your Zone
Office. You must request consideration, and get a
decision, before starting work.
If it's out of warranty and if you really do not want to get stuck with the bill, you'll have to complain to the service manager, and if that doesn't work, you'll have to call Honda.
