Ok so i'm a newbie...bare with me. The front corner lights have 2 bulb sections. A main one and a smaller one on the side. My main light doesn't light up but the smaller one on the side lights up with parking lights and blinks with the turn signals. How do the main lights function? Are they supposed to stay on with the parking lights but not blink?

 

Check the bulb and see if it is blown.

 

Yes its supose to stay on w/ the parking lights (assuming you are talking about the to lights in the turnsignal)
