Default Ball joint problem!

On the knuckle in the front of the car there is a ball joint it goes through the control arm. the other day while driving the bolt fell off the ball joint and my wheel was pushed yp into my fender, it also ripped out the axle. the problem is that when i try to put the bolt back on the the ball joint spins with it. what can i do to stop it?
