i agree with this guy, but i will help you out. those aare individual throttle bodies off of a street bike (hayabusa or r1.) they do replace the intake manifold. the itbs setup you have right there is no complete however. you still need the lower half of the intake manifold to connect them to the head. you can use a standard IM, cut it in half, reweld the runners so they match up to the itbs and connect the two with three more silicone hoses, i see you have one. you also need to think about fuel managment and a wholoe bunch of other **** that you probably don't want to get you self into if you didn't even know what the itbs were, sorry.

They let each cylinder breathe independently, instead of sharing an air supply, the engine bay become the plenum, the important part is, they have the potential to make more power than a manifold design.
