Default ATTN: all 94-up non v-tec vs 97-up preludes auto or 5spd

Have u guy’s beat 97-up preludes when street racing. I have 2 friends that have preludes. One has the auto prelude and the other has the 5spd sh prelude. When ever I race the auto I smoke his *** all the time off the light. when I race the 5spd sh we stay side by side until mid 3rd then he starts to pull on me, but not by much. Has anyone had the same results?

i concur. Should be impossible. Keep inmind...preludes can role out, STRONG top end. If you get enough of a lead, reguardless of there tranny, you should be able to hold um off. I never advocate street racing especially triple digits...in which case you better have a good lead.

But, i think you can get um. Good luck, and dont be stupid!!

that's what happens, when I race the AUTO prelude, i take a huge lead and it's too late.
