Forgot to lube camber kit

Forgot to lube camber kit
My car is squeaking pretty bad because I forgot to lube my Ingalls camber kit. If I remove it, put lithium grease and put it back, will I need another alignment?

I just did this and it works dandy. Just slab it in there the best you can. Get some on the sway bars and ball joints too! My ride is quite as can be since my last lubing
