Default **WTF IS WRONG?!?!?**

i have a gsr swap..
i was ripping the car, not riding the redline.. my redline is raised to 9500rpm though.. i was shifting at my shiftpoint which is 9200..

my car dies (sounds like a fuel cutoff) after switching into 4th.. the motor is still running because the car was moving and the clutch was engaged.. but i am getting no throttle response.. then magically the car started back up..

so to make sure nothing was wrong, i test drove it again and did the same thing, this time the car didnt start back up.. no smoke, no oil leaking underneath the car, no oil in the engine bay.. im hoping the motor is fine because when the clutch is engaged and the car is being pushed, the motor turns, its just that there is no gas going to the motor and it dies once the car is no longer moving.. when being pushed and the car is in gear and the motor is turning, i get no lights.. when i put my foot on the clutch, the oil light and the battery light come on..

so to make a long story short..

the motor turns during push start but stops once the car is no longer moving.. but at a full stop, when i try starting the car all i hear is the starter and the motor doesnt turn.. oil light and battery light go on when my foot is on the clutch or the car is in neutral.. seems like the motor cant get any fuel.. no oil leaks, no oil in the engine bay, no smoke

could it be the ignition? fuel pump? distributor?

what do u think is going on?
could the motor still be blown with no signs of smoke or oil leaks?

it should be an ignition problem, some other guy had the same issue.

Take off the dizzy cap, you probably blew a coil, look in the little hole, if it looks Burnt you probably fried it. Hondas are natorious for that if you rev too hard.

just check dist. 1st thats easiest.. go from there.
9200 is pretty high dude... is the motor stock internals n stuff.
my ecu is chipped for 9600k but i only take my gsr motor to 8200 thats what everyone told me was safe..

should i take it to a performance shop or a regular car shop?
i try to avoid performance shops if the problem is not performance related cuz they tend to charge alot for little ****..
will the usdm dizzy, fuel pump, etc that the regular car shops get work on a jdm motor?
