benefits of a valve adjustment
My DA seems to be running pretty good, but it is 15 years old and could probably use a tune up. Everybody keeps say valve adjustment. What benefits will i get from doing this and how much does an average one cost?

usually you'll yield better flow and/or better compression as your rocker arms and cams are probably worn and out of spec. i'm not sure how much honda or other places will charge for doing one so i can't help you out there. i personally would read up about it somewhere and figure out how to do one. it's actually very easy to do...but it will take about 30min though.
like he said you'll notice a difference and the car will run smoother. I just had mine done like a month ago and my car runs way better and the annoying ticking noise from having loose valves is gone so thats always a plus.. I recommend adjusting your valves atleast before every summer as it can be hot and loose valves isn't a good thing to have during the summers heat.
