MSD external coil conversion
Not worth it on the stock engine.
Honda ignition is pretty strong so you won't need an "upgraded" on unless you are forced induction or high compression.

I believe he added the price of the Ignition box also, even thought he did not mention it. (Well I hope so or he is getting raped on the price)
Honestly I really do not know since I had the MSD ever since I bought my car.
It was highly recommended for Turbo applications so that was the main reason that I got it.

If your doing High compression or Forced Induction, then you will definitely need the MSD system for the increased spark. But if your stock, I mean it really won't do much. Just from my experience.
