low hanging header help

Default low hanging header help

well to start off i got a ef hatch with a b16 in her and skunk2 springs 2.5in drop and a off brand K.O.S header and heres the problem

i got 14in wheels i know that makes it wores.. ok well does anyone know what header isnt going to hang low and will kinda "hug" the block?

get a new header,


damn im good,

seriously you might wan to get yourself of jdm itr's the ground clearance is way better than what you have and they made good power....

you might had to "adjust" your front crossmember

Well, you have a few choices...

1. raise your car up a lot

2. Get a new header before you ruin the one you have

3. Get a new header after you ruin the one you have

the only headers that are not going to hang that low, are the ones you have to sit and wait for(an-r, smps, hy-tech, etc...) on my crx, i have had dc 4-2-1, and 4-1 headers. both of those touched the ground, specially at the track with 14" slicks! right now, i'm running a an-r header that i bought here on h-t.

well im guessing im taking number 3....on the night i went to go to the track found a few big *** bumps that killed it

i using a dc 4-1 integra ls 1994 header fits perfect and doesnt hang to low.
