i bought 2 fairly new firehawk gta's and 2 brand new (less than 1k miles) firehawk ss10 tires today at an estate sale for 20 bones. are they worth a crap? i could not argue with the price. which one should i put on the front of my 89 hatch for autox practice? anybody used these tires? the size is 185 60 14. i am gonna run them on the stock 92 rims i have as spares. thanks. jim.

 

gta's on front ss10's on rear. none of them are worth a damn performance wise. more of what is called an "appearance" tire

 

I won a club street tire championship on GTAs back when. I thought they were good, but obviously no where near the level of the top street tires today.

Autocross well on those and you have something to brag about.
