been doing some research on my build up, I have a b20 85mm w/ cp pistons, je rings, what should the ring end gap spec. be? hearing all different numbers, found some from .017-.02 and .004-.007, and .15-.17? help me out, thanks

 

I would suggest contacting CP. They e-mailed me the specs for 84.5mm, the same day. They said for there GN rings you could use them out the box or with suggested ''You can run the rings out of the box or .012"-.016" on the top, -.016"-.020" on the second'' these are for 84.5 though your 85's would be a hair off. .Make sure you let them know N/A or if will be using nitrous, because they will send you an e-mail asking this question, then you have to wait another day. Hope the best on the 85mm bore.

 

I used .016" on mine 84mm
